During the Leadership Council program, students participate in culturally responsive programming with a focus on 21st-century skills and social-emotional development. Further, they learn through experiential project-based learning modules where they will set short and long-term goals, learn how to manage time and resources, design multimodal experiences according to community needs, and facilitate spaces for community engagement in an authentic way.
